Dear Aliza,

Thirteen years ago today, you came into our lives and made everything brighter. It feels like just yesterday you were taking your first steps — and now here you are, an official teenager, funny and smart and kind and completely one of a kind.

Watching you grow up has been the greatest joy of our lives. Every year you become more you — and every year, we love you more than we thought possible. Your little brothers and sisters are so lucky to have you leading the way (and so are we).
